At Pace & Summit, we don't just pull items off a shelf. To ensure high quality and reduce waste, we operate on a Print-on-Demand model. Every item is custom-made for you the moment you order.
1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €59.
Automatic: Discount is applied automatically at checkout once you reach the threshold.
Flat Rates: For orders under €59, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
2. Production & Delivery Timelines
Because your gear is custom-printed, your delivery happens in two phases:
Crafting Phase: 2–5 business days for printing and quality checks.
Transit Phase (EU): 3–8 business days.
Transit Phase (UK/Intl): 5–15 business days.
3. Global Fulfillment & Customs
Separate Packages: If you order different items (e.g., a Poster and a Hoodie), they may arrive separately from different specialized facilities. You will get tracking for each.
EU Orders: Typically ship from our EU centers—no customs fees for most EU destinations.
International: Outside the EU, import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Our Quality Guarantee (Returns)
Since every item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective: If an item arrives misprinted or damaged, contact hello@paceandsummit.com within 30 days with a photo.
Easy Resolution: We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately—no need to send the faulty item back.
Refund Speed: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
