🌍 Global Fulfillment, Shipping, and Returns Policy

At PACE & SUMMIT, we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. Every item—from your T-shirt to your poster—is made just for you immediately after you place your order.

This policy outlines our unique process for fulfillment, shipping, and returns.

Part 1: Where Your Order Comes From

We partner with a global network of specialized fulfillment centers to print and ship your order as efficiently as possible. Your order is routed to the facility closest to your address that specializes in your product type.

Multiple Shipments: If your order contains different types of products (e.g., a Poster and a T-shirt), they may ship in separate packages, on different days, and from different countries. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

Part 2: Delivery Times and Shipping

Your total delivery time is split into two parts: Production Time + Shipping Time.

A. Estimated Production (Fulfillment) Time

• 2–7 business days (average is 3 days)
• This is the time required to print, quality-check, and package your custom item.

B. Estimated Shipping (Transit) Time

Shipping Rates and Tracking

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €80 (Adjust this amount as needed).
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your package leaves the facility.

Customs & Import Duties (International Customers)

• Customs/Taxes: Customers outside the fulfillment region may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or fees by their local government or postal service upon delivery.
• Responsibility: PACE & SUMMIT is not responsible for these charges. These fees are collected by the local government and are the customer's sole responsibility.

Part 3: Returns and Exchange Policy

Because your items are custom-printed upon order, we only offer returns or exchanges in the event of a defect or error on our part.

1. Our Guarantee (Damaged or Defective Items)

We have a 30-day return policy for quality issues. If your order arrives:

• Damaged: Torn, stained, or broken.
• Defective: Misprinted, incorrect size/color was sent, or incorrect design was applied.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@paceandsummit.com and include the following:

• Your Order Number.
• A clear photograph of the defect or error.

Once we confirm the error, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to return the faulty item.

2. Exchanges (Incorrect Size)

• We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customers ordering the wrong size.
• However, if you ordered the wrong size, please contact us. We may offer you a one-time discount to repurchase the correct size.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

By purchasing from PACE & SUMMIT, you acknowledge and accept that your items are produced by third-party fulfillers and may ship from a country different from your own, potentially incurring customs charges.
